In a drink, these particles will comprise of carbohydrate, electrolytes, sweeteners and preservatives. Hypotonic fluids have fewer particles than blood and Hypertonic have more particles than blood.<br />

Isotonic &#8211; quickly replaces fluids lost by sweating and supplies a boost of carbohydrate. Glucose is the body&#8217;s preferred source of <a href="http://www.womenfitness.net/eating_high_energy.htm">energy</a> therefore it may be appropriate to consume Isotonic drinks where the carbohydrate source is glucose in a concentration of 6% to 8% &#8211; e.g. High Five, SiS Go, Boots Isotonic, Lucozade Sport.</span></h3>

<span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #33cccc;">1) Senaman Kuatkan Tulang</span></strong><br />
Selain daripada melakukan latihan ‘weight bearing’, anda juga boleh melakukan aktiviti yang mampu mendorong otot dan tulang untuk menyokong berat badan daripada pelbagai sudut arah yang berbeza. Menurut Monica Klungland Torstveit, peneliti dari Norwegian University of Sport and Physical Education, Oslo, gerakan yang ‘tidak biasa’ sangat baik untuk menguatkan tulang. Jadi, daripada melakukan latihan yang sama setiap hari, cubalah pelbagaikan latihan anda. Contohnya, mendaki pada dataran yang tidak rata lebih baik berbanding berjalan di atas jalan yang rata.</span></p>
