<p>There is plenty of evidence linking a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables to reduce cancer risk. But the study published in the Public Library of Science journal, PLoS One, is the first human trial investigating</p>
<p>the potential biological mechanism at work, Mithen added in a telephone interview.</p>
<p>&#8220;Everybody says eat your vegetables but nobody can tell us why,&#8221; said Mithen, who led the study. &#8220;Our study shows why vegetables are good.&#8221;</p>
<p>Prostate is the second leading cancer killer of men after lung cancer. Each year, some 680,000 men worldwide are diagnosed with the disease and about 220,000 will die from it.</p>

<p>If you’ve ever mindlessly worked your way through the entire biscuit tin, the chances are you weren’t really that hungry, but simply looking for instant gratification. And as you’ve had a couple, why not have the rest? The mushy, soft texture of sweet, stodgy foods can feel enormously satisfying in the mouth and on the taste buds. Carbohydrates such as bread and pasta also have a naturally calming effect, while chocolate has the bonus of containing a substance called phenylethylamine, which promotes a similar chemical sensation to feeling in love. <p>Suffice to say, the answer would probably be in the lower numbers. Try as we might to eat healthily, the demands of daily living often impinge on our efforts to be “good” when it comes to a wholesome diet.</p>
<p>We know it’s important that we provide adequate nutrients for the body, not only for energy to cope with daily living, but also for the proper functioning of the body. So if our diets aren’t sufficiently providing such nutrients, what can we do about it?</p>

according to a recent study published in the<em> Journal of Dentistry.</em></span></span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small;"> A research team from the Eastman Institute for Oral Health of the University of Rochester Medical Centre used a new focus-variation vertical scanning microscope to compare the effects of acid on tooth enamel with the effects of 6% hydrogen peroxide the common ingredient in over-the-counter teeth whitening agents.</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small;"> The study found that the acid from fruit juice changes the hardness and enamel of teeth significantly more than whitening agents.</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small;"> &#8220;The acid is so strong that the tooth is literally washed away,’&#8221;said Yan Fang Ren, who led the research. &#8220;The orange juice decreased enamel hardness by 84%.&#8221;</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small;"> Juices and sodas have long been known to have high acidic content, which can affect enamel hardness and cause tooth erosion. </span></p>

<p>Keadaan tersebut berlaku disebabkan beberapa faktor penyumbang termasuk kegagalan ibu bapa memahami keperluan pemakanan sebenar kanak-kanak ketika tempoh tumbesarannya.</p>
